Burleigh is two suburbs in one.
Down near the creek and the highway there are still original beach cottages — timber, fibro, low-set, small blocks — and up the hill toward the headland, new builds on driveways steep enough that you plan the job around gravity.
On a hillside driveway the water goes where it wants, so we start at the top, work down, and get drain protection in place before the first pass rather than chasing runoff afterwards.
The old cottages get the asbestos question first, every time: we do not pressure-clean fibro, and if we find it we say so and change the method or walk away from that part of the work.
Sea spray reaches a long way, particularly on the streets that open toward the point, and it puts the salt film on windows and the grey on south-facing render.

How we work
- We photograph the whole job before we start, damage included. You get the full set either way.
- Drains protected, plants covered, biodegradable products. Nothing we lift ends up in a stormwater drain.
- Roofs soft washed and gutters cleared from a ladder, single storey or second storey. No harness, no fall arrest, no elevated work platform.
- Wall washing is ground level, done with a telescopic lance. We don’t take on second-storey wall or facade washing.
- No high-pressure water on asbestos cement — fibro cladding, a Super Six roof, eaves, a pre-1990 fence. Queensland’s code prohibits it. Find it in Burleigh Heads and we stop and tell you.
- Cleaning only. No coatings, sealing or restoration. That work needs a QBCC licence.
