Questions we get asked
Where does the wash water go?
Drains in the wash zone are covered, solids are swept and bagged first, and the products are biodegradable.
Is the soft-wash solution safe around plants and pets?
It is sodium hypochlorite, the same active as pool chlorine, at working dilution. Garden beds get soaked before and rinsed after. Keep pets inside until surfaces are dry.
What about the pool?
We work away from the water, keep hoses and run-off out of it, and rinse the coping last.
How does the quote work?
Ring, text or send the form. We come out, look at the job properly and give you a fixed price on the spot. Free, no obligation, and the price holds for the scope we quoted. If the job on the day turns out to be materially different, we stop and talk to you first.
What about sealing or coating after cleaning?
We clean, photograph what we find, and tell you when it is another trade’s job. Sealing, coating, painting and roof restoration are left to that trade.
How high do you go?
Roofs and gutters are scoped on the walk-around, and you hear at the quote what we reach. Walls washed from the ground.
What about fibro?
Fibro and possible asbestos cement are identified on the walk-around, left as found and documented in writing.
