Questions we get asked
Straight answers on water, chemicals, quotes and the jobs we do not take.
Where does the wash water go?
Drains in the wash zone are covered, solids are swept and bagged first, and the products are biodegradable. We do not own vacuum recovery gear, so we do not take work that needs water captured off the ground.
Is the soft-wash solution safe around plants and pets?
It is sodium hypochlorite, the same active as pool chlorine, at working dilution. Garden beds get soaked before and rinsed after. Keep pets inside until surfaces are dry.
What about the pool?
We work away from the water, keep hoses and run-off out of it, and rinse the coping last. Nothing is washed into the pool.
How does the quote work?
Ring, text or send the form. We come out, look at the job properly and give you a fixed price on the spot. Free, no obligation, and the price does not move once agreed.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Two driveways of the same size can be different jobs. A figure on a website would be wrong for half the people reading it, so we look first and quote once.
Do you seal or coat surfaces after cleaning?
No. Sealing, coating, painting and roof restoration are licensed building work under the QBCC and we do not hold that licence. We clean, photograph what we find, and tell you when it is another trade's job.
How high do you go?
Ladder access only: single and second-storey roofs and gutters. No harness, no elevated work platform, no high-rise, and walls stay ground level even where the roof above them is ours.
Will you pressure-clean fibro?
No. High-pressure water on asbestos cement is prohibited under Queensland's asbestos code of practice. If we identify possible asbestos we stop, tell you in writing, and soft wash or decline that part.
Something else?
Ring and describe it. We will tell you straight.
