Every job is photographed before and after, and the full set comes to you. The before shots record anything already cracked, slipped, lifting or perished, so what was there is documented before we start.
Asbestos
Plenty of Gold Coast houses built before 1990 carry asbestos cement: fibro cladding, eave linings, corrugated Super Six roofing, old sheds and fences. High-pressure water on it is prohibited under Queensland’s asbestos code of practice.
So if we identify possible asbestos on the walk-around, we document it in writing, leave it as found and tell you. The written position is on how we work.
Drains, plants and pets
Drains get covered, garden beds get wet down and rinsed after, and the products are biodegradable.
Sodium hypochlorite is the active ingredient in soft washing. Diluted and rinsed, it is not a problem for established gardens. Keep pets inside until surfaces are dry.

South East Queensland’s permanent water conservation measures allow this work where it is done efficiently. We work off your tap unless you tell us otherwise.
