What happens before and during the wash?

Anything already cracked, lifting or perished is photographed and documented before we start. Then we clean: mould, algae, lichen, salt film, dust, cobwebs and mud wasp nests come off.

What does the wash mix do to paint and render?

It is mixed to working dilution for paint and render. It kills organic growth, then every wall is rinsed. If render has hairline cracking, we show you before we start.

Can you clean the eaves and the garage door too?

Yes. Eaves, fascias, soffits, the garage door, the entry and the outside of the gutters are part of the house wash. Gutter insides are cleared and downpipes flushed under roof and gutter cleaning, and both can go on one quote.

Do you clean roofs?

Yes. Roofs are soft washed with coating and pointing protected, and gutters are cleared. Our roof and gutter cleaning page has the detail.

Do I need to be home?

Either way works. A garden tap, any locked side gates opened and the windows closed is all we need. Keep dogs and cats inside until the walls are dry, and tell us at the quote if there is a dog in the yard.
