- How is the pressure set for my concrete?
- To suit the surface. Plain concrete takes a lot; exposed aggregate, stencilled concrete and old or crumbling slabs get a gentler clean. Anything already cracked or lifting is photographed and documented before we start.
- Which stains come out?
- Rust from bore water usually comes out well, and oil may improve. Tyre marks, paint, acid etching and cement wash vary, so each one is looked at on site and you will hear at the quote how it is likely to come up.
- What happens to sealer on a stencilled driveway?
- We clean; sealing, coating and resurfacing are a separate trade’s work. On older stencilled driveways, sealer that is already lifting is photographed and documented before we start.
- The last clean left stripes down my driveway. Can they be fixed?
- Usually. Stripes come from uneven cleaning, so the fix is an even re-clean of the whole slab. Any grooves or etching cut by an earlier clean are pointed out on site.
- Can you do the footpath, kerb and crossover at the same time?
- Usually, yes. We can include the footpath, kerb and crossover in your quote.
