Bundall is the Gold Coast's office and light-commercial pocket, the one suburb where a weekday call is as likely to be about a shopfront as a house.
Along Bundall Road there are showrooms, strata offices, medical suites and the car parks behind them, all with entry paving, awnings and service areas that look fine head-on and terrible the moment low sun hits them.
That work is quoted around trading hours instead of ours, and anything running toward a stormwater pit gets drain protection first, because the Nerang River is never more than a block or two away.

- Wall washing is ground level, done with a telescopic lance. We don’t take on second-storey wall or facade washing.
